Solutia has divested its « Plastic Products » division, manufacturer and marketeer of the AstroTurf® Entrance matting  products, with its operations in Oradea, Romania and its staff in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, which has now been acquired by Time Technoplast Ltd, an India based international company.

Time Technoplast Ltd is a leading technology based polymer product company, with a portfolio consisting of technically driven innovative products catering to segments like Industrial Packaging, Lifestyle Products, Automotive Components, Healthcare Products as well as infrastructure/construction related products.

The joint commercial activities of the former Solutia owned and Time Technoplast owned products and brands will be co-ordinated by the newly created Belgium based company called “Grass Tech sprl”, with the production facilities remaining in Poland and Romania.
