Preventing Cleaning ...the biggest pro secret of all!

80% of the dirt in your house comes in on people and pets-tracked in. The solution: stop it in its tracks. Keep the dirt out! The most effective way is with the right kind of doormats at all your entrances.

Good mats will catch the majority of the grit and gravel before it gets in and scratches and wears out your floors. They’ll scrape off the soil and tar, etc., before it gets embedded in your carpet. And they absorb rainwater, slush, road salt, and mud.

Mats save tons of cleaning time and energy, save cleaning supplies and wear and tear on your cleaning equipment as well as your home and its furnishings.

Once you have mats you won’t have to vacuum or shampoo your carpets as much, or sweep, scrub, strip, and wax your floors as often. Mats reduce dusting, too, and keep clothes, drapes, and upholstery cleaner.

They make your entrances safer, quieter, and better looking, too.

I’m not talking about little rubber mats that say, "Welcome to the Jones" on them, or tire link or coco mats, or leftover carpet squares you scrounged from somewhere. Forget them-they’re ineffective, and dangerous, too.

The mats are those AstroTurf doormats, the same ones professionals use, like you see at the entrances of supermarkets, department sores, and hospitals. You can get them everywhere, at home improvement or discount stores, janitorial-supply stores, or by mail from The Cleaning Center.

These mats are active...even if your kids don’t wipe their feet back and forth, just the act of stepping on AstroTurf puts the plastic scrapping blades into motion cleaning the bottom of those grungy shoes. Great on treads and waffles, too.

Best of all the dirt and mud and mess won’t sit on top for the next person to track in. All the muck hides down inside the mat where you can’t even see it. Plus AstroTurf resists fading, shedding, and mold, so the mat looks fresh all the time. They’re the best on snow I’ve found!

Wouldn’t you rather clean a little doormat than the whole place, after the dirt gets in and gets all over!
